The TruVue Backboard with the patent pending dimensional view of an opposing tennis court gives you the perception that you are hitting your shots into a real court. Practice at your pace. Hard or soft, it never fails to return your shots. You can pratice hitting your shots in the lines every time. Our backboards also offer features like mobility so you can roll them to different locations or even up to the net on a court so you can practice from one base line into our TruVue Backboard with its dimensional view and adjustable loft from 0 - 30 degrees to return shots with varying lofts.
The ProTrainer WinSock is a slide on racquet training weight that slides easily on and off of your racquet to add weight and wind resistance to your racquet while you train or practice to help strengthen your wrist and forearm muscles. After a quick warm-up with the WinSock, your arm feels looser and you will feel a difference in your reflexes, racquet speed, power and control.
Unlike other sport training weights that don't allow you to hit the ball while installed, the WinSock is completely hittable. Usually five minutes or so hitting some topspin ground strokes is enough to loosen the arm and warm your swing up. Because you are hitting the ball with the WinSock installed it allows you to perfect your timing and practice hitting the sweet spot. As you strengthen your tennis muscles you develop more powerful, penetrating ground strokes and serves which helps boost your overall confidence. Use for ground strokes to help loosen up your arm and build strength in the tennis muscles. Not recommended for serves.
