TruVue Backboards are built to last using high quality weather proof 3/4" MDO plywood for the hitting surface. All components are screwed, and bolted together and sealed with weather proof primers and paints for years of care-free use.
Our backboards are 8 feet tall to insure your practicing shots that will end up in the lines. If you hit your ground strokes on a real court higher than 7 off the ground they will likely land beyond the baseline. The base line on the backboard is positioned 7 feet from the ground with the back court painted in a different color. Any shots higher than the base line are not useful practice.
